We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff was very warm and kind, providing exceptional service throughout our visit. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive and the breakfast was delicious. We were also delighted that it was located close to the Audi factory and the historic town center, which made our transportation and visits very convenient.

The bed was too soft, if one turns, the other is awake too. The breakfast buffet was very simple. Scrambled eggs inedible. Fruit salad not fresh. The waitress couldn't even say hello.

Nice staff and ambience

For a 4-star hotel the choice of breakfast was mediocre. However, it was disturbing that bread slices were laid out with a slight amount of mould. After a discreet tip to the staff, however, this was replaced. The location of the room was unfortunately directly at the main intersection and therefore it was simply too noisy. In addition, the room could not be darkened properly because curtains were too short.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting the nearby Audi factory. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and their level of service was truly exceptional. From personalized greetings at check-in to quick assistance with our requests, everything was taken care of with a big smile. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed, including air conditioning and comfortable bedding. We were also impressed with the delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast, and the staff even prepared a lunchbox for us when we had to leave early. We can't recommend this place enough to our family and friends.

Great location close to major highways and a beautiful town center. The rooms are clean and cozy, and they offer some helpful amenities like free water bottles in the room and a lovely view from the window. The staff is welcoming and friendly and willing to help.

The hotel prices are quite high compared to what you get, the internet connection costs extra and is slow. The hotel needs some updates as it feels outdated.

Loved the complimentary water bottles and the free parking. the breakfast selection was good and provided a great start to our day.

Limited food options the only downside was limited food options, especially during the holidays. We arrived late on Christmas Eve and were disappointed to find that the restaurant was closed.
